Lilly’s Story

Over the past 30 years, I have been mentored and coached by a dozen different people. Through the years of learning and growing, I developed my own business sense and I was repeatedly recognized as a Top Performer in my field. I am now offering my support, encouragement and guidance to women who are in the midst of creating a business or a career that uplifts and inspires them.

My path here wasn't a straight line, and I don't think the best coaches' paths ever are. I spent 10 years in the creative industry before spending 15 years building, owning, and operating a franchise from the ground up — the business I eventually sold. After that I worked in operations for a non-profit, and I've had a couple of new ventures that never bloomed after I planted the seeds.

Every one of those chapters taught me something the ones before it couldn't. I know what it feels like to take a calculated risk and watch it pay off, and I know what it feels like to take one and have it produce an unexpected result (or failure). Both of those experiences are why I coach the way I do: with real respect for how hard this is, and the belief that the willingness to make mistakes (and learn from them) is what sets successful people apart from people who simply do their jobs.
